Seafood Spaghetti

Its been a rather nice weekend. I enjoyed the time by going to Angleton and had a wonderful time just being with good people. We found a little shack (well they had already known about it) and we found some great prices on flounder, shrimp, sea scallops and crab meat. I decided to make some seafood spaghetti as I haven't made that in a very long time.

Spaghetti Sauce (made previously Tomato Sauce)
1 lb large shrimp, deheaded, deveined and shelled
1 lb large sea scallops
1/2 cup fish stock
1/2 cup white wine
dry spaghetti or angel hair pasta
1 tsp olive oil

First, start making your spaghetti sauce. Once you have your spaghetti sauce made, add the wine and fish stock. Continue to cook. Add the sea scallops and shrimp. Continue to stir. In a large pot for the pasta, add the water and oil. Bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and continue to cook until it is al dente.

Have it with a nice salad and some garlic bread. Enjoy!
